Q: Where can you ship to?

A: We sell products that we believe to be of high quality and reliability. Before shipping each dress to our customers, our Q&C personnel will do detailed check to ensure the high quality and Never on purpose send out damaged or faulty goods.

 

Q: When will I receive my items after I place an order?

A: Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Free, you will receive the dress in 15-25 days after payment.
Standard delivery, you will receive the dress in 10-15 days after payment.
Rush delivery, you will receive it in 7-10 days after payment.
If you need the dress urgently. Please note us the date you need the dress, we will put your order on prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

 

Q:What if I don’t like the item, can I return it back?

A: Sorry, we don’t accept situations like this. If your product arrives in a defective manner, mis-shipped or color error, you are qualified to get a full refund. However, if the item is not faulty or it is made accordance with the size you ordered but does not fit,please note that we will Not accept your returned item.

If your order is requested urgently, it is better for you to contact us in 2 hours after you’ve paid. In addiction, if you have already paid and need a change, please contact our customer service representatives immediately, we will discuss with the tailors to see if it is possible.However,refund&exchange is not available when your order is finished.

 

Q: How can I receive a full refund?

A: After confirmation, please return your items and give us the tracking number for next steps, it normally takes 3-5 business days to make a refund and our customer service representatives will also inform you by e-mail after refund has been successfully issued.

 

Q:Can you make dresses according to our design or sketch?

Yes, please send photos or sketch to our email: support@angelformaldresses.com, then I will tell you whether we can do it or not.

 

Q: International taxes

Most buyers from Unite States no need to pay customs taxes, But buyers from other countries need to pay taxes, but general speaking, we just wrote less price on the invoice, then you pay less customs taxes.
Please take note that it's express collection charges for customs tax, it's not shipping cost, all shipping cost has been paid by us already.
Because of taxes, if customers refuse to receive them, we can't send full payment back, it will also cause us extra taxes again if goods returned.
